Job Requirements

Must be proficient with inventory control, audits, product requisitioning, scheduling, training, presentation, promotions, activity reports including trending with recommendations. Candidate will split duties between managing and bartending and is overall responsible for continued development of our beverage department.

Bilingual is helpful but not required.

Adult Club experience preferred but will interview candidates with high volume restaurant/ bar or resort type experience.
